Our Adkinsio Mobile Unlimited Plan costs £18 per month.

Our customer care team will contact you (usually within a couple of minutes) to confirm your delivery address for your new SIM card and go over any details with you like switching your old number over. Within 2 working days, your SIM will arrive in the post, pre-activated and ready to go, just pop it into your handset and you can start using it.
If you have chosen to move your old number over to us then we’ll arrange the date of the switchover with you - you won’t need to do anything other than turn your phone off and on again after it’s transferred on the switchover date.

Simply contact your current network provider to get a PAC/STAC code – you can request this from them either by phone, via your online account or by texting PAC to 65075 or STAC to 75075. Your PAC/STAC is then valid for 30 days. You can enter this whilst ordering your new Adkinsio Mobile SIM, or at a later date. We’ll then work with your current network provider to either bring your number over (PAC) or cancel your services with your current provider (STAC) by the end of the next working day, or the preferred date. If you already have an active Adkinsio Mobile SIM, this won’t disrupt your service, but you may need to restart your device for the transfer to take effect.

Adkinsio Mobile connects to 5G, 4G and the 3G network wherever it can. Adkinsio Mobile is not compatible with 2G handsets. Please check you have a 5G-enabled device to access our superfast 5G network.

Adkinsio Mobile’s great value Unlimited plans don’t rise in price halfway through, unlike most major networks. This means our customers are never forced to accept price increases part-way through their contract. That’s straightforward, honest mobile.

EU Roaming with Adkinsio Mobile means you can use your unlimited calls and texts to UK numbers whilst in EU countries and you can use up to 12GB of data each month out of your monthly allowance.
We may suspend your service if we have identified that you have used our services outside of the UK for a continuous period of 60 days or longer in a rolling 12-month period.

Our Adkinsio Unlimited Mobile plan is £18 per month for 24 months, billed via direct debit, monthly.
We also offer a 12-month contract for £20 per month and a 30-day rolling contract for £25 per month. Speak to our customer care team if you would like to sign up for one of these plans. -
